Mkhondo Development League is played by three divisions being the Under 13, Under 15 & Under 17 based in the Mkhondo Local Municipality area jurisdiction.
The development league is divided as follows:
1. Thandukukhanya Junior League based at Thandukukhanya &Mkhondo CBD.

2. Thandanani Development League based at Saul Mkhizeville, Mkhondo.
